The purpose of this observational study, entitled "Chronic Pulmonary Disease Database", is to collect and maintain clinical information and store patients' specimen. These specimen include: urine, muscle, serum samples, sputum samples, etc. Most of these specimen will be otherwise discarded after their clinical treatment / visit. The specimen will be taken from Lucile Packard Children's Hospital patients and stored in our research lab in Stanford for analysis related to chronic pulmonary disease.

Any patient normally undergoing a procedure to retrieve some tissues for medical management purposes or surgery.
